With a gift card, you can put a smile on the face of anyone wanting to inject a little flair into their home. They’re available in denominations from £10 and we can email it directly to you, or the recipient.

  • Postage

    All our parcels are sent Royal Mail Tracked48 for just £4.95. Alternatively you can upgrade to a Tracked24 service for £6.95. Items over £40 will require a signature.

  • Free delivery

    Orders over £75 qualify for free Tracked48 postage. Should you wish to upgrade this to a faster service this can be done for a small fee.

  • Returns

    Should you be unhappy with your purchase we offer 30 day returns on all orders. Simply email us to start your return.

  • Claims

    We simply ask that you inform us of any broken items within 48 hours of their arrival. Any damages notified outside of this period cannot be refunded.

FAQs

How quickly will you despatch my order?

We aim to despatch all orders within 5 working days but more often than not this is within 2 days. If we are unable to ship within 1 week we will contact you.

Can you send my order more quickly?

You can choose either a Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48 service when checking out.

Tracked 24 - usually delivered 1 working day after your parcel has been despatched.

Tracked 48 - usually delivered 2-3 working days after your parcel has been despatched but can take up to 10 working days.

If your parcel exceeds the Royal Mail size or weight limits we will use the Parcelforce equivalent service.

What courier will you use to deliver my order?

We use Royal Mail as our first choice delivery partner.

All parcels are sent using a tracked service and orders over £40 will require a signature.

What happens if I want to return my order?

If you wish to return an item you can arrange the return yourself or we can arrange collection by a courier on your behalf. The postage cost of returning an item will be deducted from your refund. Email info@skinnypiginteriors.co.uk to begin a return.

Is Skinny Pig a new company?

Skinny Pig has been operating since 2021. So whilst we are still relatively new we have many happy customers, new and returning, who vouch for our products quality and the service we give.

Why don't you have a phone number on your website?

We don't have a phone number as we run Skinny Pig alongside our young families so we are not able to answer the phone at all times. However, we are very responsive on email and can assist you in this way. If you specifically want to talk to us we can call you if you include your phone number when you email us or complete our enquiry form.
