How quickly will you despatch my order?
We aim to despatch all orders within 5 working days but more often than not this is within 2 days. If we are unable to ship within 1 week we will contact you.
Can you send my order more quickly?
You can choose either Royal Mail 1st class or Royal Mail 2nd class service when checking out.
Royal Mail 1st Class - usually delivered 1 working day after your parcel has been despatched.
Royal Mail 2nd Class - usually delivered 2-3 working days after your parcel has been despatched but can take up to 10 working days.
If your parcel exceeds the Royal Mail size or weight limits we will use the Parcelforce equivalent service.
What courier will you use to deliver my order?
We use Royal Mail as our first choice delivery partner.

What happens if I want to return my order?
If you wish to return an item you can arrange the return yourself or we can arrange collection by a courier on your behalf. The postage cost of returning an item will be deducted from your refund. Email info@skinnypiginteriors.co.uk to begin a return.
Is Skinny Pig a new company?
Skinny Pig has been operating since 2021. So whilst we are still relatively new we have many happy customers, new and returning, who vouch for our product quality and service.
Why don't you have a phone number on your website?
We don't have a phone number as we run Skinny Pig alongside our young families so we are not able to answer the phone at all times. However, we are very responsive on email and can assist you in this way. If you specifically want to talk to us we can call you if you include your phone number when you email us or complete our enquiry form.
